Yes. "Low fat" is marketing hype. Fats are healthy. I never buy anthing that is fat free or less fat.

Any farmer knows that to fatten hogs or cattle, one does NOT feed them fat. Feed them excessive carbohydrates, and their livers turn the glucose into glycogen and FAT.
