Re: Job #2
He does (or has done) other things, either willingly or not, that I have suggested or implemented. He turned 19 this year and chooses his choices. With the exception of certain things, that I won't have in my house (bleach and laundry soaps such as Tide and the others) I tell him my thoughts on it and allow him his choices. If I am purchasing it, such as food, as I mentioned, I have God bless it.
He saw me clean and either trash (if near the bottom) or give away (no need to throw it out if others will use it...even knowing why I am removing it from my home) the cleaning products and shampoos and moisturizers, etc. from my home. I told him why. I have told my sister and mother why, when I gave it to them. They still choose to use it. I have no judgments, just suggestions :D.
LOL He went to his buddy's Mom and asked her to buy him shampoo! He told her, his mom is crazy and won't buy the kind he likes! He did something for her, she gave him the money.
I am adamant in my reasons. I tell people them. I allow them their choices. Sometimes, some of them come back and ask for more...sometimes that is my son. Other times, it goes unheeded.
Peace,
Beth
