Re: Yep, I remember that..

I am in a transition mode right at this time. I desire to release all the 'stuff'. I even need to do major cleaning, yet am being held back, in this time, due to 'something'. I am doing a Tai Chi/Chi Kung class and when I mentioned it about doing an exercise and if it helped move through that. He told me that this exercise helps with releasing Fear. Now, I would not have thought I was fearful except after he mentioned it, I realized that was what was holding me in 'releasing' what I needed to.

I did read Wombat's emotional health and Iodine post. Very good. I agree with much of it. I have learned that there is more to why we are dis-eased than just the 'obvious'. I am working on the things that are not so obvious, to others...and for that matter, sometimes, myself.

I was reading yesterday, about how it is some people get this, that and the other dis-ease, from this, that and the other 'poison or toxin' and others do not. I have come to believe one reason (as the book even suggested) is what we are holding inside us...emotionally, spiritually, physically...and sometimes, even what we expect to happen.

I have a friend who claims, "she has a sensitive stomach" and then wonders why she has all the issues she has with her stomach?!

Ah well, I am working to either find what the Fear is that is holding me in place OR just be willing to release it, without knowing what it is. I am open to either :D!

Peace,
Beth
