I have been taking 2g IP-6 for ten days now. I ususally take it around 3am or whenever I wake up briefly, so that it has about 2 hours before I have to get up and take other supplements. On day 6, 7 and 8 I had a mayor headache which would start late morning - about 10 hours after I took it which lasted for the rest of the day. Today I just had a slight headachy feeling, like the beginning of one and then it went away. So I will continue with it. I figured if I got a bad headache again today I would give it a rest.

Maybe its the mercury coming out?? I had a lot of amalgum fillings removed a couple years ago by a regular dentist.
