Thank you kindly :) My learning & research (and love of words) had the chance to be guided together and provide a bit of healing & understanding.

"I know that this may sound simplistic" Ta-DAH!...virtually all truth is rooted in simplicity - and focusing on all the myriads of complexities seems to draw us away from the simple truths! You are wise beyond what you think you are!!

Our vast spirits & inherit wisdom (for some reason or another, totally unknown to this gal, for sure) got shoved into these extremely limiting human bodies (or at least, they sure SEEM to be limiting when one considers the vastness of our spirits!). And our bodies sure seem to be a pretty crappy residence for the awesomeness of our spirit. I've read zillions of complexities for the reason, but the simplest explanation? Our bodies are indeed worthy of our spirit - as long as our bodies are glowing with natural health. We hear it over & over & over & over...one cannot heal the body, if the spirit & mind are toxic (which is definitely true) - but it's easy to forget that the spirit & mind can't even come close to functioning at their intended capacity, if the 'house' they live in is so full of toxic crud & disease (like a deep dark dungeon-house) that they can't glow & shine and effect our bodies (like if they lived in a mansion full of windows near the ocean of Light).

Methinks simple is best :) And I agree wholeheartedly...Stay the Course! Don't abandon Ship! (unless of course, the ship really is such a bad environment for your spirit, that your 'terrain' is wounded and/or poisoned). We each have our own reality in that regard, for sure.
