Golden Star 'E'

I have read some truly excellent posts on curezone in my years here but *that* post was one of the top posts *ever*, out of hundreds of thousands of posts ever posted. For posts like these there should be a new button for moderators to push. 'R' just doesnt cut it.

There should be a golden star that means ...do not miss this post, the words therein are life changing. Or, perhaps the desingation could be 'E' for epiphany.
