I feel your pain

I spent all of my 20's too being self conscious and being told this was too fat, or that too big or this not good enough. Heck even my own mother told me I was ugly. YOu may have a genetic and/or autoimmune disorder that is causing your symptoms. My brother got aloepecia when he was about 7. Mother took him to a naturopath who put him on goo gobs of vitamins and everything, changed his diet. Nothing worked. He still has alopecia and he's 25 now.
I've stated this before, that cleansing and flushing is good and refreshing to people who are already healthy and just want to "tune up". If you have serious illnesses then carrot juice, vitamins, herbs, flushes, cleanses and what not aren't going to help a great deal, maybe a little but not too much.
What I would do if I were you and had these sores. I would try to see a couple of dermatologists and have them run blood tests. Then I would go to hematologists as well. Try also a doctor who deals in autoimmune diseases. When they do extensive blood tests on you they may come up with something. Take whatever meds they give you. You might get better. Then after you get better, you can try again the natural methods for "tune up".
Some diseases are aggressive and appear immune to fasting, flushes and cleanses. Hope it gets better.
