Re: Why has cleansing never worked?

Hi Heather, I suffer from Demodex (don't know exactly which one). The only real symptom I have is that my skin is more dry than it used to be and my hair has been chronically falling out over the past year. Can you recommend a shampoo or something that can get rid of this? I've seen some online, but I was wondering if you've had personal experience using scalp products so that I can avoid wasting time and money.
I know Nioxin makes a product called Semodex. Have you tried this?

Anything you recommend would be greatly appreciated.
