Plasticat,
I wouldn't be so sure about not being able to change genes. And when I refer to genes I am using a liberal interpretation. Sure, at age 30 or 40 you are not going to grow any taller unless you get a pituitary tumor. But my pituitary gland was set on "low" during my development in the womb. I am 39 and have always had very low testosterone and HCL production. I look a lot younger then 39 because of this. My testosterone was actually dangerously low. My AK attributed the problem to my mom's diet (bad food, booze, cigs etc) when she was pregnant with me. I couldn't grow a beard if I tried. However, after 4-5 months on a homeopathic regiment my HCL production is at 100% and my testosterone is well within normal range. The homeopathic tricked my body into producing on a permanent basis more of these substances. I am not sure what your problem is but I am convinced it is reversable.
