Singing in the rain..
We have a lagoon with a 2 km walking track around it where I used to go walk. I just went down there and sure enough it started to rain. So with iPod in one had and umbrella in the other I went singing in the rain. I do have a bad habit of singing along with my iPod, fortunately with it raining, there wasn't anyone else around. And I do feel better.
I never noticed how toxic the house was before, cause until the weather turned we always had the doors and windows open.
As for the food thing. I do my best. I juice apple's, oranges, lemons, mandarins,
Celery and carrot almost daily. And I usually drop some VCO in the juice before i drink it.
You really don't understand where I live though. It's not that Australia doesn't grow some wonderful organic fresh fruit and vegies. I think we have the best fruit and vege anywhere in the world (I am so bias). But I live A LONG way from anywhere. All our produce comes on the back of a truck that only arrives once a week. The really crazy thing is even the stuff that is grown in Queensland gets picked, travels south for what reason I have no idea, then gets redistributed back up here. When I can I drive the two hours it takes to get some better quality stuff. I know it is hard to comprehend. I used to live in a little country town in Victoria (market garden country). Everything you needed was only 30 minute drive away. I was only an hour out of Melbourne. But Queensland is BIG. You can fit the entire state of Texas inside of Queensland three times. You can't imagine the distances between things here, until you live it. I do the best I can. But going to the store is like playing the lottery. Sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you don't.
Oh and BTW, I do have a tent :)
