Dearest Heart

For weeks when i started the Lugols i also gained weight.

I would pull on my denim capris each day and practically break into tears, Help!! they were snugger and snugger.

I kept saying to my partner, rather accusationly, LoL, like somehow it was his fault, why the heck am i not losing weight??!!

Then i started taking Potassium, like lots of it, 10 of the those little suckers at once for a couple of days, we use the twin lab brand in caps.
