Re: Help I may have parastites!!
It DOES take a long time to get healthy again. You will have to make lifestyle changes, but trust me, it gets easier as you go along. And when it comes to cutting things out of your diet, don't be too strict. Allow yourself treats (just not frequently). Otherwise it will be simply too hard to follow! 5 years ago I ate the standard North American Diet (I'll be 27 in July for a reference), as I had most of my life. I started to cut out white flour and sugar. At first it was very hard, but I discovered it got much more easier when I made an effort to cook my own food. As it stands now I rarely eat
Sugar or white flour, although I still consume whole grains and grains like rye. I feel so much healthier than I did 5 years ago. Cleaner and brighter and less bogged down by my body. I only started
parasite cleansing about 3 months ago, and the results have left me feeling very good.
Start slow, because it's more likely you'll be successful if you do. The more drastically you change your life, the harder it is to maintain that change.
