Oh Dear!! Not so good. Did you purchase the footpads as well? There should be one red cable and one black cable attached to the zapper unit. If you purchased the footpads you would have an extra red and an extra black cable (long cables). Check out Newport's link re: instructions.

Hope you get it working. Don't want to disappoint you but my UZ hasn't dealt with my problem, as you well know, but it does suppress my symptoms.

Let me know how you get on. Definately email the guy!!
