i have no idea what to suggest. whatever order you take, you win be it- , humaworm, kidney cleanse. you know or at least learning about your body.

but since i will be taking them before you- and i have just done the liver cleanse-  i can prepare the way for you.  we are both sort of starting on the same page.

i just realize- reading the humaworm.com site- they include herbs that assist you in eliminating. so you could be alright with that. but again- you know your body.

it is such fun to learn about yourself.
