i am not sure if all the elimination is completed but i must have had released 150 small tan seeds and about 50 green stones of varying sizes. the last elimination released only the small tan seeds and no more of the green stones.

you are right- been out than in.

i was thinking at the end to do a double flush - i thought of after drinking the 3rd and 4th drink with espsom salt and gfj- i would do another oil/gfj combo with a 5th and 6th Epsom Salt and grj. but i did not entertain that thought. Tweet
