i figure at this moment i eliminated about 50 green stones of varying sizes and 250 +/- of the small brown variety- all of which could not go through the sieve mesh. (they were hard- to my surprise  <sorry for off -topic> ). i thought i was done counting but this morning after waking up more brown "seeds" appeared.

Fascinating what the body can produce.

i am not sure i would do the double turbo method either.  i have to think about it too.

in a few days i will do the huwaworm (parasite)  treatment for a month. it seemed like an appropriate time. i read H Clark recommend doing the parasite treatment first. she stated: You can't clean a liver with living parasites in it. You won't get many stones, and you will feel quite sick. 

this was not the case with me- i have always been hardy and i keep myself well maintained- activities and diet as evident by not feeling sick and and getting many stones for the first time.
