thanks sunshine for the clarification. i think i will do it today.

i had done a "liver flush" using tsetui method last week. but it was modified. it was the lime, oil and egg concoction. i did not follow it up with an enema but rather
warm, warm water. nothing really happened so on the 4th day i had my first colonic and the practioner observed no stones and at the end- i saw some liver flukes.

this should be interesting.
