Cityman, I'm not familiar with the recipes for the flush, but I DO see it say take 1/2 cup dose of the MIXTURE, if that's Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil and gfj you'd use 1/4 cup of each.

The "another dose of Epsom Salts " would be the same as the mixture you'd used previously.
