It's really banana seeds!!!

My dear friends,
I appreciate all your help and suggestions sincerely, but just as CDC answered, they are banana seeds! The grandparents secretly fed the baby with banana and keep quiet but continue feed him banana even the parents got mad by the "worms".
I apologize for my stubborn brain. I should put banana seeds under microscope immediately after hearing from CDC.
But again, many many thanks for all the help and concerns from you guys!
