Before reacting in any great length or detail I'd like to know how you obtained the microscopic images. Brilliant evidence. Gotta' hand it to the diligence of many parents today.

The image (naked eye) of diaper: is this a typical example (i.e., the largest in size of the helminth you've observed to date)? At what point in time or how long ago did this become evident? Any and all detail is welcomed while any need or urge for restraint is understood. Let us know what is comfortable for you and we will do our best to assist or guide you any way we can.

That we are looking at a case in point being that of an infant's makes this very important assessment/discovery/learning material to be analyzed by all (here) with caution. Sorry if this sounds so inhuman or unsensitive. It's anything but.

I'd keep my eye on and out for wrayc's posts. Today it is my strongest reccommendation to you as you pursue answers outside this forum. I would also reccommend that whatever testing you can elicit and carry out be also completed by mother, perhaps even father. The better the origin is understood the easier it will be to proceed whether it is on your own or with the help and/or guidance of a physician. I would also consider talking things over (at the very least) with an ND, TCM specialist, non-allopathic health care practioner in conjunction with MD/OBgyn/pediatrician - (any more traditional medical professional). This is an infant, and I would only imagine that treatment would be more specific but broad in application (entire family) and need close monitoring.
