Alright. From a another point of veiw, I would say the infant is in the process of "self cure" which means all the intestinal defences are working very well. If the patient was constipated, I would have a different opinion.
I cannot find a positve match for this type of parasite, but I would classify it as such. All mammals have some sort of parasites, and some are tolorated more than others.
The key thing to look for is movement of any kind. If not, this means one of 2 things; the parasites are being effectively destroyed, and secondly the objects being veiwed are "husks" for an an early stage of parasitic developement.
In my opinion, the infant contracted this from animal feces residue [maybe in food] or from the ground. It appears the infection is under control.

I would treat family members with anti-parasitic formulas and watch for any unusual debris in stool. Shroom
