"mini" tapeworm?

Hi, Dr, my mom-milked 4-mo old son recently got a dirrhea with foul smell. There were lots of worm-like stuff in his poops. Now, after 7~10 days, there are still one or two such kind of worms in his stools. Samples sent to clinic lab returns negative report, but under microscope, it's like "mini" proglottids of Tapeworm - multiple segments. It's only 0.5 to 2 cm long and about 0.1 mm wide.
