That's a very interesting observation...the readiness of our organs to do the job at hand.

One really does wonder at what is blocking what.

I have at least one gallstone that zips back and forth in the duct, and several other things going on in various places that may indicate parasite blockages, lack of vigor in the digestive functions, etc., or not.

I also removed two 'deposits' of strangely colored material, in one day, a while back.

A naturopath recently suggested that I wait two weeks before trying my next herbal liver cleanse. There is something important in timing, I understand.

Somehow I instinctively 'prefer' various foods and protocols at different times, and will often just forget them soon after. These are not cravings, they just seem like a good idea, for a while.

I hope my 'inner physician' has it all figured out, because I certainly don't. All I seem to 'know' is when I feel good enough to leave off worrying.

I figure someday I'll be able to write out the procedures that worked (past tense), when, for me.
