I work for a public health department. You need to go to the doctor immediately and get retested. You might still have the virus even if it is not showing externally - even if you do not have visible warts. I hate to be the bearer of this kind of news.
Yes, hopefully your immune system has not allowed you to contract this awful virus. It is a major cause of cervical cancer and can render a woman infertile. HPV is one of the most common sexually transmitted diseases. Please do not resume intimate behavior with your boyfriend until you have been counseled by a health professional.
