You can get probiotics almost anywhere. :) Health food shops and supermarkets should have them (and they should be cheaper in the supermarkets). Different brands contain different strains of bacteria, but they usually contain Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium bifidum. Just remember, you'll probably have to take much more than the recommended dosage since we probably have much less good bacteria than most people. Try 3x, even more. I even did 8x but I'm still waiting to see the results. I don't think taking too much will make you sick, but in the end it's your responsibility, I make no promises.
