i dont know if its dangerous i havent heard that it is if it is please let me know cause i dont want ne 1 to get hurt. i havent had negetive problems from the ice, i only do it once a day since i only have 1 bowel movement a day and it helps me flush out the rest of the feces. i dont have the money or time for hemmroids surgery so im stuck with this option although if it is dangerous i would stop.

it helps me in 2 ways that it shrinks the hemmroids and the water then flushes out the rest of the feces.. when i have a bowel movement i never feel complete until i have a 2nd one right after with the company of the ice.

i doubt it would help some 1 that doesnt have hemmroids i would only do it if u were desperate and had hemmroids that are blocking feces from leaving. Tweet
