yes - I agree - from what I've looked up you can't overdose...I've just brought a product called 'replete intensive' (biocare) that claims to have the most of any product - 100 billion viable organisms (is only a 7 day plan though) - and is MONSTEROUSLY expensive - 52 pounds for a weeks supply - not something for long term - will try it out (as I remorgage my house!) and report back!
