as regards the wild rice for sticking to rather than sticks, there are variations with ratios and ripeness of juicy stimulation. My very first experiment was with lime in water... very slowly... So, now I have it completely activating. I was pleasantly surprised by cococnut juice and cucumbers and zuchinni : in a day it was half fluffed squishy and if I didn't get into it it probably would have been completely nice in two days -- something about tampering with tasting. Howeever for average gurantee, I like my wide dish to have opportunity equally submerged and not just trickles getting through packed layers. Because when percentages happen, it's deepest white at top, sides and bottom, go figure.
husband wanted me to try more with highlighted complexion since resuming, but I don't like strict increases! Yet I started two, one with tomatoes and that sufficed to create own liquids, which I'm happily familiar with in other mixtures so I procrastinated a cup per se of anything else and sure enough. drank it off for lunch so it could reload without being spillable. Other, is soft spot cut out for chef apples and coconut juice mainly again with strawberry polka dots for appetites. Definitely a different flavor and evaluations each time!

my husband was jumpy over b-12 and went to potato feed tablets of it not thinking he was getting quite from table as he's even dropped meat on his side but does egg or chicken/fish fewer though by convenience I think. by the way, they did eggs slow temp [edit crockpot mild boil 161 out] and opened them without a single suflur complaint from me and he used a coconut shell as a bowl trying for more easiness I suppose.
but I was focusing, before story time ha-ha sorry, on how he sometimes gets afraid of not generally getting Cobalamin; but it can be fault of not co-factoring what is had like with folate. I read lowness was found most with vegan and high meat consumer, both if typically followed are lacking in sources of what needs to be paired up so presumptions come up. He admits, his greens have been down, even celery/carrot tool comination bending of energy by his testimony instead of jitteriness with just one or other. just more to think about, or I do.
