Re: anyone else machine free for food?

Interesting so do you take kefir and fermented products being raw? I just threw out my kefir grains that had been sitting in the fridge. They were quite prolific in their time yet in my recent move I left them in the moving van in the hot sun for many days and forgot them. They have not been revivable. Kefir is quite an interesting product when made at home thousands of times more powerful than the minute quantities of probiotics they drop into a commercial product.

I would not mind having a few goats, then all my dairy would come by means of goat milk as opposed to the cows milk I need to take in currently. Speaking of edible flowers a friend made me some pumpkin flowers and I was thinking of some fried poppies to clear my head!

How long have you been on earth based diet? you deal with MCS I suppose? I have a friend who just grazes in her garden when she is hungry, soil and all, that is the way it should be perhaps? not sure if that can be trusted with today's chemicals and air and soil qualities.

I am currently fasting and people around me who do not know are wondering where all my energy is coming from. My 9 year old son told me last night I should try to simply live off of air and sun as food seems to take away or degrade a subtle energy...

garlic is an interesting one classified initially the alliums were noted as being toxic and are usually indeed classified either as mild toxins or irritants. Their beneficial properties combined with their detrimental ones such as to the brain ,and subtle energy bodies create a fruit with the knowledge of good and evil, a double edged sword if you will. I only take garlic on the rare occasion that I feel a dysbiosis or a virus in my children. The effects of garlic create a weird energy when I meditate which is why the ancient art of ayurveda has forbid yogis from consuming garlic onions, leeks, chives and other alliums.

Interesting about your girl and her cravings.....so it sounds like you prefer the sprouts or aged garlic? good luck with your garden ideas? have you begun yet what part of the area do you live in the country? My garden consists entirely of wild flowers not sure if they are all edible.

A.
