thanks so much for the info... I went ahead and did the cleansing today and it felt better.. however I did get the "purging" feeling towards the end of emptying again...i was wondering if this is because i added in a bit of coconut oil again and it is antifungal so could this be from the coconut oil and the yeast overgrowth that I am feeling this way? just a thought. I am ordering the sawilsons coffee this week..thanks for that link..I do have another question that I've been abit embarrassed about but can enemas cause anal itching? I did have hemrhoids after each birth of my 3 kids but not since about 8 months now but the past few days i experienced itching that is rather unpleasant. Thanks so much for your help and support!
