I'm sorry you've been having this difficulty. What kind of coffee are you using?
Some regular coffees have ingredients that can be troublesome.

I buy special enema coffee OR I buy organic coffee from the health food section of the supermarket.

You might be using too much coffee. Some people use a few tablespoons early on and work up to larger amounts. Our bodies process what we put into them in very different ways.

If you could hold the enema a little longer....like 15 minutes....that gives your total blood supply a couple more trips of cleansing the liver.

Grab a book, set a timer and let the enema do its work. I just put towels down on the bathroom floor and stretch out. I don't want to be very far away from the toilet.

I hope you are feeling much better soon. Don't give up on coffee enemas yet.
