Hi scry606, I don't advise taking multiple coffee enemas in a single day. When you are first getting started you can take one or two cleansing enemas to empty waste matter from the colon, and then follow with a one quart coffee enema. The FAQ on the S.A. Wilsons web site has directions on how to prepare the coffee enema.

Afterwards you can follow with another cleansing enema if desired to eliminate waste and toxins released from your liver from the coffee, but then wait until the next day to take another coffee enema.

For cleansing enemas, prepare a warm Sea Salt solution of 1 teaspoon salt for each pint of water at 103 degrees F, which would be 4 teaspoons for a full bag.
