hi 55593,

well i can see the christian debate forum has followed me into this one, but i am happy to address the issues you raise.

first off i have discarded all religions in favor of a direct relationship with our loving Creator. religion can be a wonderfu tool that gives you a deep understanding of God, or it can a poison that slowly drains you of love and life, that is true of every religion ever created.

the bible? yes, i believe it is divinely inspired, but i also believe that due to the fact that imperfect humans recieved this inspiratin and wrote it down that it must be flawed, by definition. as of right now humans are not perfect as far as i know, therefore everything they touch will contain imperfections, including the bible. although i do read it and enjoy it.

then we have the question "What does it really really mean to be a Christain?"

now that is an excellent question and one that i believe 99% of believers never really ask. now if you want to post a very succint and pointed answer to that question in the christian debate forum, i will be happy to answer it.
