Re: Amount of each chemical element in the human body

agreed...

I am convinced that correct mineral and element ratios are the key to health, but my ideal ratios may vary markedly from yours.

That is why one mans food can be another mans poison.

I must keep this in the forefront of my mind as I move forward. An example of what we are discussing...

I feel absolutely fantastic today having stopped Iodine intake 48 hours ago... better than I have in several weeks, this on 4 hours of sleep.

This is one symptom I was having... a big increase in joint (my knees are the one thing I need to still heal; many old surgeries and injuries) pain in my knees... it is gone today just 48 hours after discontinuing use of iodine, and they feel more mobile than they ever have. I hope it stays that way...

Here is the rest...

Toxins moving out of the joints or too much iodine? Hard to say, but joint pain is listed on some sites as a symptom of Iodine toxicity. Perhaps my knees served me as an early warning system :-) as no other joints were feeling that way.

interesting that.

I am sure a break is the right thing to do.

After the weekend I will try a drop every other day and see how it goes. Now that I know what this back slide feels like and what to look for if I get too much, I think I can judge breaks good enough.

Time will tell.
