I must say, I really think you ought to look into "writing" - you seem to have a natural talent for it - seriously, I love to write and in the back of my mind would love to write something one day.

I can see the smooth flow of your thoughts and it is pretty obvious that you enjoy writing - so think about it - there are idiots out there making a ton of money having someone else write a book for them..

You're right - this thread has gone long enough - I did much better today except for the hot head and headaches - and I think I have my time schedule down pat so that there is no conflict between the HW caps and my food.

So, I thank you for your time, your effort, your sincere generosity in sharing...!

Afterall, I always say, we only learn by sharing with one another our experiences, in this case health issues and protocols - thereby giving us a window into possibilities and knowledge - let's face it, knowledge is everything, really everything if you think about it.
