I don't know about over the counter items... I've only used herbs. Humaworm gets rid of just about everything including the lowly pin-worm! I know the chinese herbs (very similar to Humaworm) I've taken in the past gets rid of tapeworms, because my sister passed several different types using herbs. She retrieved one tapeworm that was over 5 feet long and 1/4 inch wide and very flat. We fished it out of the toilet and took it to show her doctor who said it was a beef tapeworm. She told me that one was nothing compared to the others that she had passed. Her doc took tests and told her she didn't have any... she passed that tapeworm a few days after her test came back negative.
