Question Please re Humaworm capsules

Hi:

I have been reading your posts and have a question - I know Humaworm is busy and hope to get a quicker answer from you.

I started first thing this morning (empty stomach) with the first two capsules. Now I don't know how far away from food should I take the two at night - I forgot about them and had some nuts about 45 minutes ago.

Also, I am feeling so achy with the worst flu symptoms - could it be that the parasite capsules are working so quickly, with just two this morning?
