Re: Prednisone and albuterol

Hello Marnie:

First of all if you must take albuterol to breath that is fine. Prednisone is not natural and it will interfere with iodine. My son suffers from these ailments. He just takes Allegra for it, which I do not believe in. His case gets worse everyday. From what I have learned from watching him is the following:

1. Do not eat milk, cheese and meat products.
2. Eat natural foods, not boxed foods.
3. Eat warm meals.
4. Drink warm drinks, green tea.
5. Exercise - Brisk walking.
6. Learn abdominal breathing.
7. Finally do Liver Flush and it will make a huge difference.

I have seen changes both ways when he does any of the above mentioned things. He does not do abdominal breathing.
