Prednisone and albuterol

Okay, I finally broke down after not being able to breathe for almost a week now and went to ER. It was with much trepidition, and knowing that all I wanted was the inhaler - not allergy meds, not x-rays, etc. I know the inhaler is not natural, but until I can cleanse myself, apparently I need it now, because every natural thing I've tried has not worked.

I'm getting ready to do a thorough research on both, but wanted to post here real quick to see if anyone else has taken either of these, if anyone knows anything about them, whether they will counteract with the iodine, etc. I hate taking meds....but I've taken the inhaler before and know that it will help until I can clean my organs like I want to. Not sure about the prednisone though - the literature with the script says it's a natural element of the body anyway, that's not being produced. But then again, they say fluoride is good for you! So until I research it, I won't be taking it. (Need to take it with food anyway, so wasn't planning on taking it until tomorrow if at all - so I have some time to look into it).
