The only true way to avoid them is to not eat!But seriously I believe you are refering to phytates in particuler?Sprouting maximizes digestive potential of legumes.These foods are very fiberous and nutritious.The woody fiber of some veggies will tend to feel like things have slowed down.Proper amounts and proper combineing can make a big differance as well.I love pea sprouts but to many tends to make me feel to full and slugish.Fear of food is foolish in most cases.Soy is a good example,I dont eat soy mainley because it tastes terrible!I do avoid the nightshade family,peppers in particuler.Black pepper has piperine which causes cancer in mice,capsaicin is a mutagen.Toxin avoidance is ultimately a choice of the individual.
