Not Maya but the way I learned
is to go to an Self Realization Center in your area (if there is one) If not, They also have lessons you can order by mail. When I started they were $38.00 I believe it is also a memembership charge on the first batch
This covers postage, printing, paper etc. And this was a long time ago so I am sure it will be more now. Here is the web link, and this has inspired me to get my fanny in the shower and go to the short meditation, I missed the long one (shucks)
The schedule is:8am an hour meditation, 9am service comparing the baghivta and the bible for similar passages stated differently but brought together by "common meaning" of the heart of man.
Then an 11 am service with a short 15 minute meditation
The reason I direct anyone to be with others in learning to meditate some practiced ones can carry you while you are struggling to drop into the slot, They give you the correct energy pattern so you may ride the coattails of their state. One of their avatars Babaji (yes avatars are not just for chat rooms) in Parmahansa Yogananda's lineage, I really resonated with him. He has gone from the body several hundread years ago, but may return at will.
I have since been with the Ishaya monks, Buddhist, and they also have Babaji in their lineage(Babaji got around) he came to me there at the Ishaya initiation. I missed him I realized and he came to me touched my heart chakra on the back and did a little what felt like drumming of fingers on may back, I've felt perfect alignment for weeks
They have the while, red, and black monks - all women, the feminine is being ushered in to this plane now.
white order is purity and joy, red order is love, and I forgot, black order is ruthless compassion YEAH!
The Ashayas say little and work on you when you're not looking - that is a little humor but are simple the work is going subtly
They teach a very simple meditation.
I'm thinking of becoming a teaching monk in the black order, thanks for the leg up CZ!
