I highly recommend a book called the Dark Side of the Light Chasers - Debbie Ford.

It was recommended to me by Lori and it revealed a lot to me about my shadows (those parts that we despise about ourselves so have hidden deep within us)

It helps to find the middle way to integrate surpressed emotions. There were many gifts from reading the book and doing the exercises (still going through the exercises.

Don't try and eliminate anything - seeing anything as *bad* creates polarity consciousness .. it is better to integrate all emotions to find Oneness. When integration of polarity emotional states take place, it is an energising feeling.

I recently integrated Fake and Authentic. Both survive because of each other. You can never have a back without a front or a North pole without a South pole.
