Thanks a lot Maya. I will look through some of those links you provided. I used to love to lift weights, but the last 3-4 years my immune system has been on the weak side so I let my gym membership lapse. I think within 6 months or so I will be up to joining again. I have been making tremendous progess with my applied kinesiologist. I know that the gym has yoga classes, maybe even meditation type stuff too. They are mainly filled with woman and I always spent my time over at the weights. I might check out some of those classes, I think they are free with the membership. I have also come to the realization that your mental state has a tremendous impact on your physical one. I think the meditation type stuff might be just what I have been looking for to finish the job when my homeopathic course is finished. Thanks again.
