Meditation affects pH levels
What I have been experimenting with is deeper meditation techniques using mantras. I have to do it nice and early or I'll scare my dog :-)
When I started taking the Alkalizing drink, I was taking 2-3 times a day. Then I knocked it down to once a day ... then with doing it week days only.
I still found to keep my pH level high I had to take it almost every day, just once though.
Since doing more meditation, my pH is stable at taking the drink once every 2 or 3 days. And I don't always eat healthily .. I'm no saint.
I'm pretty sure that in a month of doing deep meditation twice a day, I will only need to take the alkalizing drink when I have a thirst for it - just coz I do quite like the taste of it!
Doing regular meditation connects you to the field of infinite possibilties .. then it is a case of "Ask and it is Given" .. so placing ones intentions and goals in this field is very powerful as part of manifesting good health.
The main reason for ill health (acidity) is due to stress (thoughts, feelings, actions, old worn out beliefs etc.) and meditation is perhaps the best way to slow things right down, change the way we react to things out there and get the best out of ourselves.
