Re: Herb that helps with cravings to #60265

Hi Norris, just follow Humaworm's directions: 2 capsules 2x each day before eating, with 12 hrs inbetween. You just swallow the capsules with water, about a half hour before breakfast and dinner. I used humaworm's product for the past 2 months with good results (been sober the whole time!), and then also used another product called Paranil last year, for a similar interval, with similar results. Apparently these various anti- parasite products use some of the same herbs, such as clove, Wormwood and Black-Walnut which are supposed to kill worms and anything else in your body that's not supposed to be there.

And just to be on the safe side, this year I doubled the amount that I was taking.

I never noticed passing any worms or eggs or whatever. If you read humaworm's info on their website, they say that most parasites are microscopic, so most likely the only worms that are visible will be the very big ones, like tapeworms. And for most parasites, it's hard to prove their existence in your body if you can't actually see them in the toilet, unless you have some other form of really compelling evidence: like if you notice a big change in your health upon taking the herbs. So it's more of indirect proof rather than direct proof. In addition to losing interest in alcohol, the other changes were an improvement in sleep, a small weight gain and an improvement in my ongoing hypoglycemic situation. Once you start taking the herbs, it might take a week or two before you really feel the effects.

Also, this deworming procedure needs to be done at least twice a year. I plan to do it every 4 months or so. Probably I'll do another 2 month regimen starting in July.

Good luck with your sobriety. I hope that the humaworm will help your situation.
