first off, very well said! You speak very well and are very knowledgeable. Thank you for your help, time and support!
Secondly, I want to again thank you for the link about graham crackers. It has been less than a week and I have been doing much better since I began eating them. Yesterday I did have 2 candy bars, more from boredom than 'craving' it. While I have been at work, the week that passed, I wanted a candy bar, a few times and just ate the graham crackers then. One day, I think it was just because I go to the machine (as a habit) and get candy rather than craving it. I am working on changing the habit along with releasing the urge for chocolate, now. I am loving this. I am not craving chocolate as much as I had before I began eating the graham crackers!
I do wish I knew about this sooner but also live in the belief that 'when you are ready, the teacher will come'. I may have thought I was ready before but (in my case) it was obviously not true then. Consequently, I am ready now. Also, I will love the day that I no longer reach for a candy bar, as much as the day that I could be around people who drank and did not desire a drink for myself.
Love, Light and Peace,
Beth
