It must be terrible feeling the way you feel. It's not fun being on your toes all the time. I just want to encourage you and I'm glad that you are a positive person.
I believe that being posiive and see the good side of things makes it better. Whenever I have a negative thought, I would quickly shift my thoughts aways to something good. What we are feeling can be switch in a split second just by changing our thoughts.
Wake up everyday and be thankful for what you have, and say good things about yourself. Whatever that you are feeling anxious about, think of the opposite and the good things that will come with it. Worry is the opposite of faith. Faith is the substance of which things not seen or heard. Have faith and believe that all is well for you.
