The recipe I use on the Kombucha is with Raw sugar, have you tried it with raw sugar? I think it tastes better. :p I know the loose tea makes a difference too, because tea bags are often old, also I've only used vinager for recovering a batch. I have never actually seen Kombucha drinks for sale, but I imagen you can find them at some health food stores. It would be super fun to bottle Kombucha and sell it at a concession stand somewhere... hehe, I wonder if I could get away with it! Tweet
