I understand the pandora box thing is quite real, but there is a solution. I was sick with fatigue, low blood sugar, cold sores etc for a long time and when I started Zapping, I was very persistant. I Zapped practically every day for 6 months, most of the time twice a day. (I am one of the $10 Zapper users), it helped a lot but I knew my immune system was compromised and that if I stopped I'd just collect them all back. So, I started working on my pH and drinking Kombucha. ParaZapper is right about the probiotics, it's a big deal. If you are trying to build your immune system, digestive system etc back up, a good probiotic is really going to help. I chose Kombucha because it has other benefits such as B vitamins which really help your body fight stress, and glucronic acid which is something like what a healthy liver produces - this is what cleans the chemicals out. Anyway, after two months of Kombucha and 6 months of Zapping, I felt so cleaned out that I just slowed down on the Zapping and after a while, I didn't need to use it except for rare occasions when bugs are going around. So, keep Zapping, and if you feel good, don't stop until you know you are healthy. Do a good probiotic, (I don't know much about others) and get well! God speed to you!
