This advice is excellent! I want to mention increasing pH is one of cayenne pepper's many health benefits and emphasize the importance of following zapping with probiotics (or organic yogurt) along w/ much water for several days - And the importance of iodine/iodide. You should know that it is not in bread, milk or half the salt anymore and that flouride and bromide block its uptake. Ester C and Rose Hips are good sources of needed Vitamin C. Ascorbic acid is better than nothing - just take Vitamin C!
I use a $10 zapper at 1st hint of cold, 10X USDA's RDA of Iodine and Vits C & D, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant herbs, H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) for mouthwash first-aid and house cleaning, $20 chlorine shower filter and RO H2O filter, negative ion air filters in home and car, dust mask for yard work, avoid Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) and vaccines, wash hands often, and drink 1 gallon of H2O/day (1qt/50lbs/day) w/ lemon juice.
